Commission & Payments

When are commissions paid?
Commission is calculated on collected revenue and paid on a defined schedule. Transparency is available through your dashboard at all times.

How is gross margin calculated?
Revenue minus carrier cost equals gross margin. Your tier percentage is applied to gross margin.

What happens if a customer does not pay?
Credit risk is managed centrally unless you have agreed to absorb A/R risk under your tier structure.

Margin Discipline

Can I reduce margin to win business?
Pricing guardrails exist to protect both you and the platform. Strategic pricing discussions are welcome. Undisciplined discounting is not.

What is the minimum margin expectation?
Standard target margin is defined during onboarding and monitored through AI governance tools.

Operations

Who handles carrier contracts?
Integrated Carriers maintains centralized carrier agreements and compliance monitoring.

Who handles claims?
Claims are supported centrally with defined escalation protocols.

Can I bring my own carrier?
Yes, subject to compliance approval and onboarding standards.

Do I have to do operations?
It depends on your current Tier level. Tier 1 is Sales-only, and customers are supported by Integrated Carriers Logistics staff. At Tier 2 & 3 levels, operations is the Agent responsibility. SoluShipX will significantly reduce the workload so you can spend more time selling. Or golfing. Or, whatever.

Do I need to use SoluShipX?
Yes. SoluShipX is the operational backbone of the network.

What if I am not technical?
The platform is designed for practical use. Training modules are available.

Advancement

How do I move to the next Agent tier?
Performance, margin discipline, operational capability, and volume determine advancement.
