Quarterly Business Reviews are not "Coffee chat" check-ins. Nor should they be long, drawn-out "Dog & Pony Shows". Integrated Carriers uses a clean, short, professional slide deck template. Notify the Support team at least two weeks before a customer QBR so a coordinator can customize the deck for your customer with the appropriate service metrics for the three months (quarter) being reviewed.
